Associate Member Policies
Associate and Practice Member Policies: Attire policy: We ask men and women to wear typical country club golf sportswear attire. Shirts and shoes are required. Gym shorts and screen printed collarless t-shirts are not allowed.
- Reward points can be redeemed for green fees and/or golf cart fees only. Members must redeem Prairie Landing Rewards points before the end of the 2010 golf season.
- Complimentary guest coupons are redeemable at one per month. $12 GPS cart fee additional. Maximum of one guest pass per two people.
- The tee time cancellation policy for Members is 48 hours in advance. Tee times or individual players not cancelled will be charged a $59 no-show charge per player booked.
- Practice Members must check in at the golf shop before round or before using the practice holes. Practice Members may acquire a range ball machine eRange Key from the pro shop ($5 deposit required).
- Members must set the example for pace of play, proper attire and golf etiquette. Thank you for properly replacing fairway divots and fixing ball marks.
- Prairie Landing agrees to provide the purchaser with the listed privileges for the said golf season upon payment of the member fee. Our goal is to provide you a high quality venue for your golf recreation and business entertainment needs.
- The purchaser of a Membership agrees to the benefits as written and agrees to conduct oneself in a polite and respectful manner (consistent with general country club conduct policies) when interacting with Prairie Landing guests and Prairie Landing staff members. The purchaser agrees to treat all of Prairie Landing’s facilities with respect and follow USGA Golf Etiquette Standards.
- Golf Cart Rules and Regulations: Each person using a golf cart does so at his/her own risk. Each person renting or driving a golf cart is responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused, including, without limitation, injury to him/herself and damage to the cart and agrees to indemnify Prairie Landing Golf Club against all loss, claims or expenses resulting from use of said golf cart.
- Prairie Landing Management has an open door policy for any of our customers. Please feel free to speak with a manager.
- Prairie Landing agrees to provide reasonable access to the golf course, practice amenities and clubhouse facilities for Members. The Member understands that Prairie Landing is a public golf course and not a private golf club. If you need to secure a tee time(s) outside of the booking privilege for the purpose of entertaining guests, please contact a golf shop coordinator.
- Prairie Landing reserves the right to book tee times for public, individual and group outings. Prairie Landing agrees to provide the Member reasonable notification via our website calendar of scheduled outings and course maintenance procedures which may result in the golf course being unavailable.
- Purchases of guest fees, merchandise, food and beverages, or additional services are the responsibility of the Member. All major credit cards, cash or pre-purchased Prairie Landing Member Account Credit are accepted.
- Members attempting to take unreasonable advantage of the policies and privileges of Associate Membership will be subject to Prairie Landing review of their Membership privilege. Prairie Landing reserves the right to revoke the privileges of a Member.
- Prairie Landing does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please do not store valuables in your locker or golf bag or leave your golf bag unattended outside of our lower-level storage area.
