GPS (Global Positioning System) is included on all of our golf cars at Prairie Landing. Our ProLink GPS is a fantastic addition to the golf experience. It gives you yardage from your car to the hole and other course features as well as telling you your driving distance. It is user friendly and all automatic. It is a great amenity to help with pace of play. It also allows the golfer to communicate with the golf shop and the golf shop to communicate with an individual car or with all cars at the same time.
 GPS works because any point on earth is visible at any given time from one of 12 satellites. The radio/antenna units on each golf car and at the clubhouse communicate with each other and with these satellites to determine yardage to the hole, to hazards and even to the golf cars in the group in front of you. Our ProLink GPS offers great features for group events, such as player names displayed on the screen upon arrival, electronic scoring, live-leaderboard and post-event results summary. Click here to view a results summary example. The live-leaderboard updates scores throughout the round and is private, viewable only by your specific group.  GPS display advertising opportunities are available at a cost of $2,000 per hole. The cost includes one weekday foursome and a display ad on for one of our holes; your message will automatically pop up twice while players are on that hole. Call us for details, 630-208-7600.
Golf Cart Rules and Regulations: Each person using a golf cart does so at his/her own risk. Each person renting or driving a golf cart is responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused, including, without limitation, injury to him/herself and damage to the cart and agrees to indemnify Prairie Landing Golf Club against all loss, claims or expenses resulting from use of said golf cart.
