2009 CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS

Three Corporate Membership levels are available for the business executive looking for a place to call home for entertaining, meetings and premier golf club services.

Corporate A - $5,900

This membership includes 22 weekday foursomes or 88 rounds of golf including GPS golf cart for the 2009 season.  Corporate Membership A also includes two CDGA Handicap Memberships and two Prairie Landing Member Gifts. 


The weekly foursome can be played anytime Monday through Friday or after 11AM Saturday and Sunday.  The corporate member may send anyone to use the complimentary foursome (you don't have to be present).  A representative of your company will be designated to book tee times under your Corporate Membership Name.   

Tee times may be booked at any time.  Tee times booked outside of 28 days in advance are subject to change.  Corporate Membership 'A' cannot be used for shotgun start golf outings.  Cancellations and no-shows are subject to applicable Corporate Member policy (see below). 

This is a great option for entertaining clients and associates!  

Corporate B - $3,500

This membership includes two Individual Associate Memberships and two Prairie Landing Golf ClubCards, each pre-loaded with $1,600 in Prairie Landing value.  The pre-loaded ClubCards can be used for golf fees, food and beverages, pro shop merchandise, or other golf services at Prairie Landing.

This is a great option for the company that has individuals who entertain separately.  You may add additional members at $1,750 each and you can add additional credit to your ClubCard at any time.  Dollar value balances remaining on Prairie Landing Golf ClubCards at the end of 2009 never expire! 

Corporate C - $2,000        

This membership includes 24 rounds of pre-paid golf green fee and GPS golf cart fee coupons and one Prairie Landing Golf ClubCard pre-loaded with $250 in Prairie Landing dollars.  The membership also includes one CDGA/USGA Handicap Membership and one Prairie Landing Member Gift. 

Pre-paid coupons may be used any time Monday through Friday and after 11AM on Saturday and Sunday.  Tee times may be scheduled as far as 28 days in advance. 

This is a great option for the company planning smaller group outings or wishing to distribute individual golf passes as an incentive / reward to customers or employees.  In this particular membership, unused rounds may be redeemed for merchandise or carried over and credited toward the purchase of a 2010 membership at a value of $59 per unused round.

If you join before April 15, 2009

  • Corporate Members receive a complimentary spring foursome (for Corp. A), spring twosome (for Corp. B & C).  Spring rounds must be used by May 15, 2009; $12 per person GPS golf cart fee additional. 
  • Corporate Members may purchase one pop-up advertisement on our golf cart four-color ParView GPS system for $2,000 (regular price is $2,500) for one hole. Note: Only four advertising positions available.
  • Private locker is available with personalized name plate at a cost of $110 per season.
  • Club storage is available at a cost of $110 per season.

Corporate Associate Member Policies:

Attire policy:  We ask men and women to wear typical country club golf sportswear attire.  Shirts and shoes are required.  Gym shorts and screen printed collarless t-shirts are not allowed.  
  1. The tee time cancellation policy for Associate Members is 48 hours in advance.  Tee times or individual players not cancelled will be charged a $59 no-show charge per player booked.  
  2. Corporate Members must set the example for pace of play, proper attire and golf etiquette.  Thank you for properly replacing fairway divots and fixing ball marks. 
  3. Prairie Landing agrees to provide the purchaser with the listed privileges for the said golf season upon payment of the member fee.  Our goal is to provide you a high quality venue for your golf recreation and business entertainment needs.  
  4. The purchaser of a Corporate Membership agrees to the benefits as written and agrees to conduct oneself in a polite and respectful manner (consistent with general country club conduct policies) when interacting with Prairie Landing guests and Prairie Landing staff members.  The purchaser agrees to treat all of Prairie Landing’s facilities with respect and follow USGA Golf Etiquette Standards. 
  5. Golf Cart Rules and Regulations:  Each person using a golf cart does so at his/her own risk.  Each person renting or driving a golf cart is responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused, including, without limitation, injury to him/herself and damage to the cart and agrees to indemnify Prairie Landing Golf Club against all loss, claims or expenses resulting from use of said golf cart.
  6. Prairie Landing Management has an open door policy for any of our customers.  Please feel free to speak with a manager.
  7. Prairie Landing agrees to provide reasonable access to the golf course, practice amenities and clubhouse facilities for Associate Members. 
  8. The Corporate Member understands that Prairie Landing is a public golf course and not a private golf club.  If you need to secure a tee time(s) outside of the booking privilege for the purpose of entertaining guests, please contact a golf shop coordinator. 
  9. Prairie Landing reserves the right to book tee times for public, individual and group outings.  Prairie Landing agrees to provide the Corporate Member reasonable notification via our website calendar of scheduled outings and course maintenance procedures which may result in the golf course being unavailable.
  10. Purchases of guest fees, merchandise, food and beverage, or additional services are the responsibility of the Corporate Member.  All major credit cards, cash or pre-purchased Prairie Landing ClubCard gift cards are accepted.  House accounts are not available. 
  11. Members attempting to take unreasonable advantage of the policies and privileges of Associate Membership will be subject to Prairie Landing review of their Membership privilege.  Prairie Landing reserves the right to revoke the privileges of a Corporate Member.
  12. Prairie Landing does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.  Please do not store valuables in your locker or golf bag or leave your golf bag unattended outside of our lower-level storage area.
